Jamie brings decades of leadership experience shaped by a deep belief that people, not processes, are the true drivers of transformation. Having worked in business aviation for over 25 years, Jamie has led teams through change, growth, and complexity, developing a leadership style rooted in empathy and accountability.
Jamie has a passion and commitment to self-aware leadership, helping leaders understand not just what they do, but why they do it. She believes that lasting organizational impact begins with leaders who are emotionally intelligent and capable of building trust in human ways.
